Major Kitchen Water Damage

This customer called us with a water damage in their kitchen. A pipe under their skin had burst, affected their 20 year old hardwood floors! We were able to come in and get all the standing water up. Unfortunately, we had to pull some of the hardwood flooring up in order to make sure that it got dry completely. Hardwood flooring will suck up water and start to buckle. When this starts to happen, this means that there is damage to the flooring, and actions need to be taken immediately. This is why these floors were pulled, so that all of the water could get out, and that not secondary damage could occur.
